These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the careers website at quanloop.jobs (the “Site”). The Site is operated by QUANLOOP LIMITED, Reg. Careers‑only disclaimer — no investment activity
The Site is dedicated to recruitment and employer‑brand information only. It does not contain, and must not be read as, investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial product or service. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing on this Site constitutes a financial promotion.

Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for individuals aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, please do not use the Site or send us your personal data.

Your acceptance of these Terms
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site.

Acceptable use You must not:

  • copy, scrape, crawl, index, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Site (including job listings or email addresses) by automated means or for resale, recruitment scraping or competitive intelligence purposes;
  • bypass or interfere with any security or consent mechanism (including cookie/consent tools), probe or test the vulnerability of the Site, or introduce malware or harmful code;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Site, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law;
  • misrepresent your identity, your affiliation with any person or organisation, or submit information you know to be inaccurate or unlawful;
  • use the Site in any way that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual property and permitted linking
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to Quanloop and are protected by law. All rights are reserved.

You may link to public pages on the Site in a fair and legal manner that does not damage our reputation or suggest any association, approval, or endorsement where none exists.

You must not frame the Site or use our logos or trademarks without our prior written permission.

Job listings and applications
Job postings on the Site are for information only. Roles may be changed, paused, or closed at any time. An employment offer arises only when a formal written contract is issued and signed by both parties.

Applications may be submitted by email (and, if made available, via a simple web form). Do not include sensitive information that is not requested.

Background and right‑to‑work checks: For certain roles and only where lawful and proportionate, we may carry out appropriate checks. Details are set out in the Job Applicant Privacy Notice.

Agencies and referrals
We welcome referrals but do not accept unsolicited CVs from agencies. Any agency candidate submission without a prior written agreement in place is deemed a direct application, and no fee shall be payable.

Agencies engaged by us must comply with our written instructions and applicable law.

Privacy and cookies

Availability and changes to the Site
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error‑free content. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site without notice.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. However, we do not guarantee that the Site is secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your devices and using appropriate protection.

No warranties; limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the Site. Governing law and forum
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you materially breach these Terms or use the Site unlawfully.

Other important terms

  • Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in force.
  • Assignment: We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
  • Third‑party links: The Site may contain links to third‑party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
