Quanloop began with a simple idea: build a disciplined, human‑centred company that treats security and quality as non‑negotiable. Today our teams in Tallinn, Limassol and Vilnius design and run platforms that serve clients responsibly—and keep raising the bar for how we work together.

The Genesis
We entered beta in Estonia in 2019 and launched publicly in 2020. Founder Valentin Ivanov and co‑founder Rene Rattur set the tone early—ship thoughtfully, learn fast and protect what matters. Instead of chasing hype, we focused on reliable services, clear processes and an on‑site culture that turns complex problems into practical solutions for clients and partners.

Milestones and achievements
2019
From beta to launch
We moved from an Estonian beta to a public launch, setting up our engineering and client‑facing routines, establishing structured hiring and releasing our first mobile and web experiences. We chose proven technologies and documented patterns so new teammates could contribute quickly.
2020
Our first resilience test
The pandemic challenged how we work. We kept client support uninterrupted, moved interviews and many meetings online, introduced staggered on‑site schedules when allowed, and tightened monitoring and incident routines. The experience strengthened our structured hiring and reinforced our commitment to simple, reliable services.
2021
Hardening the platform
The focus shifted to robustness: stronger secrets management, access reviews and incident playbooks. We expanded test coverage, added observability and introduced regular design reviews across Product, Engineering and Client Operations to keep quality high as we grew.
2022
Expanding the experience
We evolved onboarding and account journeys, strengthened KYC/AML operations with clear playbooks and improved performance across key flows. A shared design system accelerated delivery while keeping interfaces consistent and accessible.
2023
Reliability and scale
We refined our release process, reduced change failure rates and improved recovery times. Cross‑office knowledge sharing became a habit—Tallinn leading core releases, with Vilnius supporting selected projects and client workflows.
2024
New hub in Limassol
We opened a primary hub in Limassol to bring core product work together on‑site. The office enabled faster iteration, hands‑on mentoring and closer collaboration across Product & Engineering, Design & Experience and Client Operations.
Now & Next
We are working towards broader regulated investment services while keeping our foundations strong: secure by default, quality at speed and human‑centred design. Hiring is focused on Limassol, with roles in Tallinn and Vilnius as needs arise.
