Own organic growth across web search and app stores. You will set strategy, fix technical issues, guide content and run experiments that improve discoverability and quality traffic—measured cleanly and built to last.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and execute SEO strategy: technical health, content architecture, internal linking, schema
- Own ASO: keyword research, metadata, creative tests, compliance with store policies
- Improve Core Web Vitals in partnership with Engineering; manage sitemaps and redirects
- Create content briefs and optimisation guidelines; partner with Copywriter and Designer
- Track performance with clean dashboards; run experiments and report learnings
- Coordinate release notes, screenshots and localisation for app stores
Key Tools and Practices
- CWV diagnostics, site audits, schema, sitemap management
- Keyword research and rank tracking; store consoles and testing
- Analytics/attribution dashboards and experiment design
- Collaboration with Marketing Ops for consent‑aware tracking
Qualifications
- 4+ years in SEO (technical + content) and hands‑on ASO experience
- Evidence of improving organic visibility and technical health
- Strong collaboration with developers, designers and writers
- Clear communicator with disciplined documentation
- On‑site in Limassol; hybrid may be possible after probation
