Own the vision and delivery of Quanloop’s core platforms. As a Product/Service Owner in our CORE team in Limassol, you will partner with architects and senior engineers to shape roadmaps, design robust services and ship secure, high‑quality releases. This role blends deep technical understanding with clear product leadership in an on‑site, high‑ownership environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy and measurable outcomes for core services
- Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers trust
- Work with architects on solution options, system boundaries, data flows and non‑functional requirements
- Prioritise the backlog using value, risk and complexity to maximise impact while managing dependencies
- Lead discovery, spikes and technical explorations to derisk decisions early
- Align releases with security, privacy and compliance requirements for a regulated environment
- Own release readiness, documentation, runbooks and change communication
- Use data to guide decisions and track product health through agreed metrics and SLAs
- Facilitate refinement, planning, reviews and retrospectives with small, cross‑functional squads
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across Client Operations, Legal & Risk, Design and Go‑To‑Market
Key Technologies
- Agile and Scrum or Kanban practices
- Backlog and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
- API basics, JSON and REST or GraphQL concepts
- Diagramming and modelling methods such as sequence, component and BPMN
- Observability and product metrics fundamentals
- Security and privacy by design principles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management with significant time on core platforms or backend services
- Proven track record partnering with architects and senior engineers on complex systems
- Strong requirements skills including story writing, acceptance criteria and definition of done
- Comfortable reasoning about architecture, trade‑offs, data models and system constraints
- Evidence of shipping secure, reliable services and improving them iteratively
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills in English
- Ability to work on‑site in Limassol; hybrid may be possible after probation
- PSPO I or II or CSPO is a plus
