Be the face and the flow of our Limassol hub. You’ll keep the office running smoothly, greet visitors with polish, support meetings and events, and help colleagues stay organised—part‑time hours with full‑time impact.
Schedule
- Two part‑time roles provide continuous on‑site coverage from 08:00 to 21:00
- Typical shifts:
- Day Start: 8:00–14:30, and
- Day Close: 14:30–21:00 (around 6–6.5 hours per shift)
- Fixed or rotating pattern agreed in advance for coverage and your availability
- Breaks provided per Cyprus labour law, occasional event support outside core hours with time off in lieu
Front of House
- Welcome guests in the meeting‑rooms area, coordinate room schedules and guide visitors to the right space—warm, professional first impression every time
- Set up, check and turn around rooms between meetings (AV/Teams/Zoom, screens/adapters, seating layout, refreshments)
- Meet‑and‑greet for interviews and vendors, escort to rooms and keep hosts informed of arrivals, delays and over‑runs
- Be on your feet: circulate through shared spaces to spot needs and help—printing and stationery, couriers, coffee machine/kitchenette resets, small errands
- Keep reception and meeting areas tidy, stocked and safe
- And many more interesting and valuable helping activities
Office Operations
- Oversee calendars, room bookings, courier/mail handling and office supplies
- Liaise with vendors and service providers, raise and track tickets for cleaning, maintenance and equipment
- Keep reception and shared spaces tidy, safe and well‑stocked
People and Team Support
- Assist with internal meetings and company events, and coordinate invites, set‑ups and catering
- Help onboarding logistics (badges, desk set‑up, welcome packs)
- Provide light administrative support to the leadership team (documents, scheduling, filing)
Compliance and Care
- Handle sensitive information with discretion—follow GDPR, visitor protocols and health‑and‑safety basics
- Monitor facilities issues and escalate promptly, maintain simple logs and reports
Qualifications
- 1+ year in reception, office administration or coordination within a client‑facing office environment
- Languages: English and Greek at professional level (both required). Russian is a plus
- Confident with Microsoft apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), shared calendars and basic video‑conferencing
- Service mindset: calm, courteous and solutions‑oriented—even when it’s busy
- Excellent organisation and time management; able to juggle calls, visitors and tasks without dropping standards
- High integrity and professionalism; attentive to detail and presentation
- Right to work in Cyprus. This role is on‑site; sponsorship is not available

What Success Looks Like
- Guests greeted promptly and guided to the right room, hosts notified immediately, visitor log kept tidy and complete
- Meeting rooms set up and reset on time with working AV (Teams/Zoom), refreshments and correct layout, near‑zero last‑minute fixes
- Leadership support requests acknowledged quickly and completed same day where practical (printing, signatures, couriers, scheduling, documents) with strict confidentiality
- Facilities and vendor issues logged the same day, tracked to closure within agreed timeframes, clear notes and follow‑ups
- Shared spaces consistently “ready to use” at the start and end of each shift, kitchen and supplies checked and replenished
- Onboarding/event checklists followed: desks and welcome packs ready, room and catering arrangements run smoothly
- Cross‑shift handovers documented so nothing is missed, no surprises for the incoming shift
