Design clear, elegant marketing experiences. You will produce web UI, visuals and motion assets—component‑based, lightweight and accessible—working closely with the Creative Director, Copywriter and Web/UI Engineer.
Job Responsibilities
- Create responsive marketing UI in Figma or Sketch; deliver specs and assets for fast build
- Produce motion graphics and animations (Lottie/SVG, short MP4/WebM) with performance in mind
- Design ad sets, social assets and email visuals; iterate variants for testing
- Contribute to a reusable component library; uphold brand and accessibility standards
- Prepare image/video pipelines (optimisation, compression, alt text, captions)
- Support localisation and versioning of campaign assets; maintain tidy files
Key Tools and Practices
- Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC (After Effects, Illustrator)
- Lottie/SVG animation and basic video workflows
- Accessibility and Core Web Vitals‑aware design
- Asset management and naming/versioning discipline
Qualifications
- 4+ years in digital design with strong UI and motion examples
- Skilled at componentised design and developer‑friendly hand‑off
- Comfortable balancing craft with speed and performance budgets
- Clear communicator; receptive to feedback and iteration
- Ability to work on‑site in Limassol; hybrid may be possible after probation
