Head of Marketing

Principal‑level leadership for a regulated business. You will own Quanloop’s marketing end‑to‑end for our Cyprus regulated entity—setting the narrative, running a disciplined approvals process with Legal & Risk, and leading a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver fast, compliant, high‑quality work across web, social and app stores.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define brand narrative and messaging frameworks; maintain the editorial code and visual standards aligned to “fair, clear and not misleading”
  • Build and run the content factory: brief → draft → legal review → publish, with evidence and version control for audit‑readiness
  • Own channel strategy and calendar (LinkedIn, YouTube/Shorts, careers blog, email), and oversee SEO/ASO programmes
  • Govern the marketing web stack with Engineering: Core Web Vitals, accessibility, consent (CMP) and analytics integrity
  • Implement measurement discipline: source/UTM standards, dashboards and experiment cadence; report insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Manage budgets, vendors and tooling; negotiate contracts and hold partners to SLAs
  • Partner with Product, Client Operations, Security and Legal & Risk on launches, service updates and incident communications
  • Establish approval SLAs with Legal & Risk; train the team on regulated‑comms do’s/don’ts and keep records

Key tools and practices

  • GA4 or Plausible/Matomo, GTM/server‑side tagging, CMP (e.g., OneTrust/Cookiebot)
  • Figma, Sketch and Adobe CC; Lottie/SVG and short‑form video (MP4/WebM) workflows; accessibility‑ and performance‑aware design
  • SEO/ASO platforms, CWV diagnostics, sitemap/schema management
  • Project/issue tracking (Jira/Asana) and documentation (Confluence/Notion)
  • Dashboarding (Looker Studio/Metabase); clear MI for leadership

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years’ digital marketing leadership, including principal‑level ownership in or adjacent to regulated financial services
  • Demonstrated success building teams and shipping compliant, high‑quality campaigns at pace
  • Deep grasp of regulated communications: approvals workflow, disclosures, evidence retention; partners smoothly with Legal & Risk
  • Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility and consent‑aware analytics; comfortable working with engineers
  • Excellent editing and feedback skills; crisp written and spoken English; disciplined documentation
  • Ability to work on‑site in Limassol; hands‑on, coaching leadership style

Preferred certifications

  • CIM Chartered Marketer or CIM Level 6/7 Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Google Analytics (GA4) Certification; IAB Digital; HubSpot Inbound (or similar)
  • GDPR/Privacy Fundamentals (foundation/practitioner) or equivalent regulated‑comms training
  • IPA Effectiveness or other evidence‑based marketing qualification
  • Project/delivery credentials (e.g., AgilePM, PRINCE2) are a plus
