Own the story and the standard. You will turn business goals into clear creative strategies, direct concepts across web, social and video, and lead designers and writers to consistent, high‑quality execution—fast, compliant and on brand.
Job Responsibilities
- Define creative strategy, messaging frameworks and campaign systems across channels
- Translate briefs into concepts, storyboards and asset plans; set review cadence and quality bars
- Lead art direction for web, social, motion and print; guide tone, imagery and design patterns
- Partner with Growth, Product and Legal & Risk to ensure accuracy, clarity and swift approvals
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines; build a component‑based marketing design system
- Prioritise and traffic work; give decisive, constructive feedback and unblock delivery
- Mentor designers and copywriters; hire and manage external creators where needed
Key Tools and Practices
- Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC (Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere)
- Brand systems, campaign playbooks and creative QA
- Performance‑aware design (Core Web Vitals, file budgets), accessibility basics
- Briefing templates, review checklists and asset libraries
Qualifications
- 7+ years in brand/creative leadership with a strong digital portfolio
- Proven ability to turn strategy into compelling, scalable creative systems
- Confident direction across UI, motion and short‑form content
- Excellent communication and feedback skills; calm under deadlines
- Experience partnering with regulated industries is a plus
- Ability to work on‑site in Limassol; hybrid may be possible after probation
