Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin/Java and Android Studio.
- Create new features that improve user flows and integrate smoothly with backend systems.
- Identify and resolve bugs to deliver a stable, high-performance app.
- Integrate REST APIs for efficient data handling and real-time updates.
- Use Git for version control, branching, and team code reviews.
- Optimise app performance, security, and accessibility in a regulated context.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to define and prototype requirements.
- Conduct testing, code reviews, and deployments to Google Play.
- Document code and architectural decisions for team scalability.
- Keep up with Android SDK advancements to implement best practices.

Qualifications
- 2–4 years of dedicated Android development experience.
- Proven history of releasing apps to Google Play.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin/Java, Android Studio, and Android SDK.
- Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and data management.
- Solid Git skills for collaborative development.
- Familiarity with mobile security and performance in regulated environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Limassol (hybrid possible after probation).
