Job Responsibilities
- Design prompt libraries and templates for copy, briefs and asset variations; document best practices
- Build human‑in‑the‑loop workflows (draft → review → edit → publish) with versioning and approvals
- Integrate AI tools into content pipelines; ensure consent and privacy are respected
- Set quality gates and detection; maintain a repository of approved outputs and red flags
- Measure impact (time saved, quality scores); run controlled experiments and report results
- Partner with Legal & Risk on usage policies, disclosures and training
Key tools and practices
- Prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented draft flows, structured templates
- CMS and design tool integrations; automation scripts where safe
- QA and editorial checklists; plagiarism and claim‑verification routines
- Documentation, examples and training materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years in content ops/automation or ML‑adjacent roles within marketing
- Strong understanding of how to guide and evaluate AI outputs for precision and tone
- Comfortable designing processes that protect accuracy and compliance
- Clear communicator; teacher mindset with solid documentation skills
- On‑site in Limassol; hybrid may be possible after probation
